Eye Bot & Eye Nut Introduction
Eye bolts and nuts are used for wooden or concrete poles in the distribution lines and service connection.
All materials to be galvanized should be of the full dimensions shown or specified and all the removal of burrs should be completed before the galvanizing process commences.
The hot dip process does all galvanizing, not less than 98% of which must be pure Zinc. The process is in accordance with ISO 1461. The zinc coating is uniform, clean, smooth, and as free from
spangles as possible.
The tensile strength can meet the client's requirements.
The eye bolt is manufactured from steel to BS 4190 strength grade designation 4.6. The eye bolt is drop forged steel and will be
supplied complete with a nut or eye nut.
The eye nut is of drop forged manufacture, from steel to BS 4190 grade 4.6.
