Turnbuckle Stay Rod Description
The tubular turnbuckle has a hexagon head, consisting of a forged hex-ended plug welded in the tube and tapped right hand with greasing. The stay anchor and the adjustable head have hexagon lock nuts of the same size as the hexagon head of the tubular turnbuckle. The lower end of the stay anchor is forged square to fit a square plate. The stay rod is complete with a square plate for securing the rod to a concrete stay block. The dimensions of the square plate are 100*100*6, 400*400*6, or 450*450*6, the plate size is depending on the client's specifications.
The stay adjustable head has a forged eye with a thimble suitable for the specified stay wire sizes. The stay rod assembly is hot dip galvanized to ISO 1461. The complete stay rod assembly has the minimum failing load as requested by the client.

The stay rod has two types, adjustable and non-adjustable stay rods.
One thimble is equipped with the eye end to be fixed with a guy grip.
The stay rod is made of hot dip galvanized forged steel Q235.
