Tronco Electric has clearly defined health and safety risks for our employees. Production safety in relation to day-to-day operations is a particularly important area because workers spend a large amount of time in production. We are constantly seeking to identify and implement more modern and secure solutions and processes to reduce risk. Safety initiatives include improving personal protective equipment, safety knowledge training, conducting annual safety activities, and managing safety.

Safety is a top concern for our employees and risk analysis, appropriate equipment, correct training, and correct information are prerequisites for all assignments. Risk observation, reporting and follow-up of incidents, and analysis of near misses and potential incidents provide valuable insights into our preventive safety efforts.
